Before we designed a flat screen printing machine to print the plywood for a australian customer. The printing speed is 25-30 pieces per minute. The customer is satisfied with all the detials. In addtion, we designed a rule screen printing machine withe the printing speed 40 pieces per minute.
This machine is multifunctional rotary multicolor screen printing machine. It is mainly used to print the patterns and words on the cylindrical and flat surface parts. For exemple, plastic bottle cap, cylindrical glass tube, cylindrical wine bottle cap, tube product, lighter, rubber tube, polywood, lipstick, flat surface and so on.

1). The machine can be designed with structure of two color screen printing and one color hot stamping, or with structure of one color screen printing and two color hot stamping, even structure of three color screen printing or structure of three color hot stamping.

3). The machine is controlled by world famous PLC and touch screen display, with kinds of monitor system to ensure the machine running stable and safe at high speed.
4). According to the characteristics of products , this machine can be equipped with kinds of functions such as automatic loading and unloading, orientation, non-printing without bottles, etc.
5). All key components are imported from German, USA and Japan to ensure the machine quality and stability of printing.
6). Three languages such as Chinese, English and Spanish supported. Also we can write other language in the PLS according to your mather language.
